What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, professional communicator with strong phone presence
- Organized and detail oriented
- Comfortable using computers and office software
- Coachable, dependable, and team oriented
- Insurance experience preferred but not required. We will train the right person
What You’ll Do
- Greet walk-in customers and create a welcoming office environment
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Schedule appointments for sales and service team members
- Process payments and handle basic service requests
- Scan and upload documents into agency systems
- Support the team with follow-up tasks, marketing efforts, and office organization

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
