You’ll be helping existing customers protect their families with life insurance while earning a stable W2 income with a base salary plus commission.
What You’ll Do
• Work existing clients – No cold calling or prospecting needed! You’ll connect with our current policyholders to ensure they have the right life insurance coverage in place.
• Conduct annual reviews – Reach out to customers with existing life policies to reassess their needs and provide policy updates.
• Educate & recommend – Help clients understand their options, identify coverage gaps, and offer the best life insurance solutions.
• Close deals & get paid well – Earn commissions on policies written while benefiting from a base salary for stability.
What We’re Looking For
• Life & Health Insurance License (Required)
• Experience in life insurance sales, preferably as a 1099, commission-only agent
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients
• Self-motivated with a passion for helping people protect their loved ones
• Comfortable working remotely while staying accountable and productive

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
