Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative for a full-time, in-office position at Clint Simpson State Farm in Vandalia, Illinois. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
• Process payments and follow up on late payments
• Help customers with policy changes, claims, and general questions
• Greet and assist walk-in clients, directing both foot and phone traffic as needed
• Handle general policy changes and updates
• Identify opportunities for additional sales and services
• Make outbound calls to prospects and customers, scheduling appointments with licensed agents
• Support agents with underwriting and claims processes
• Maintain a positive work ethic and contribute to a collaborative team environment

As a Team Member, you will receive...
- Base pay of $31,200 plus commission/bonus once you obtain licensing for an opportunity to earn up to $45,000 per year or more

Requirements
- Able to pass a background check
- Willing and able to obtain insurance licenses
- Motivated to make $$$

Compensation: $31,200.00 - $45,000.00 per year
